South Alabama visits for a three-game Sun Belt series at Lamson Park.
The series, scheduled for Friday-Saturday, March 30-31, begins with a 4 p.m. doubleheader televised by Cox Sports Television on Good Friday and ends with a 1 p.m. single game on Saturday.
Louisiana (20-7, 7-2 Sun Belt) seeks its fourth Sun Belt series win in as many attempts. The squad also seeks to extend their current win streak at Lamson Park which is at six games.
The Cajuns are coming off a Sun Belt series victory at Troy which featured the team's ninth and 10th come-from-behind wins of the season in a doubleheader sweep last Saturday.
The meeting with South Alabama (18-14, 5-3 Sun Belt) marks the second Sun Belt home series for Louisiana. It's the first of four remaining on the docket (also host Texas State, Georgia Southern, ULM). The Ragin' Cajuns swept Appalachian State in shutout fashion in the SBC home opener March 17-18.
Fans can hear the entire series on SportsRadio ESPN 1420-AM in the Acadiana region and worldwide on the ESPN 1420 app. Friday's doubleheader will be broadcast on Cox Sports Television and simulcast on ESPN3 outside of the CST viewing areas.
