Bustle knew football X & O 's & was a good evulator of talent but did not know how to communicate with his players plus he was starting from ground zero

Hud knew very little about X's & O's with that micromanagement was his downfall however he knew how to get the most out his players

I see Napier a combination of both reminds me a lot of Gus Malzahn
