All we gotta do is say where and when---- to play them again since we "Don't get to"

Again. Can only win a few if you play a few. At this point, I'd be happy with a regular 2-and-1. Play regularly. Get them to the Cajundome once in a while. Instead, they'll just wait a couple decades to schedule us or until we're paired in the NIT again, win that one, claim continued dominance, and go about their business.
Just left game. Tigers played fairly well, our guys played hard but made too many mistakes. We were hammered inside most of game with few calls. Despite all that difference in game was simply fact Gant was ineffective due to his illness. He could not even dunk. Where he was really missed was on defense as we had no rim protector. Guy was hustling but he just could not go. What was disappointing is our depth did not show up. Miller, Davis, and Marquetti were ineffective. Those guys will be counted on next year. They have to perform better than what they showed tonight for next season to be successful. In closing I of course had to bring in logic to balance the understandable emotional responses many have
Relax fellas ed o has football quickly headed back to curly hallman days. Just be patient and enjoy the meltdown around the corner.
First half, I think it was definitely coaching. The commentators mentioned it lots of times. We had very poor spacing and little movement on offense. Now, maybe that was just the team not rising to the moment, I don't know. But we made adjustments after half and every bit deserved to be in that game.
Guys this hurts for everyone especially the players as it’s not the way any of us wanted the season to finish but these guys fought their hearts out and finished with a school record 27 wins and they are the first Cajuns basketball team to claim the SBC title outright since joining the Sun Belt. These guys will be rembered for their teamwork and their passion.
Hate to admit it but the better team won tonight. After that punch to the face at the beginning of the game LSU played with poise & confidence of their home floor. Even with a subpar offensive & rebounding performance from Bryce & Marquetti virtually nonexistent on offense, & an unhealthy Gant & we still hang tough till the end is admirable. Bartley, Stove, & Stroman gave it all out on the floor. Justin Miller must improve for next season. Sad fan but proud of our guys. Seen a lot of Cajun basketball in the last 40 years & this team was exciting to watch. We will never again see the days in which mid-majors will get the respect & scheduling opportunities they deserve like we did in our glory years. Such is the nature of the beast we call the NCAA.
