There is no benefit for LSU to play at UL, ULM, LA Tech or Tulane. Arkansas ever played Arkansas-LR? Does Alabama play UAB in Birmingham? No. Home & Home opportunities are limited & LSU will use those dates to schedule national powers. Playing other state schools in BR has little benefit to LSU either, but is feasible.
