Again I'm not disputing we need more consistency or progress. I am not going to be an ncaa or bust guy. Now if we dont make progress or show consistency next year I will not be happy.

BUT we could very well win 20 games and be in an ncaa tourney or win 25 and not make a post season tourney. Both of those scenarios will have fans crapping on good seasons.

Since conference realignment first spun up years ago, the goal has been to create a few super-conferences that are separate from the rest of us plebs. At some point, especially in light of this federal investigation, I expect them to totally break off from the NCAA if they try to impose any kind of severe penalties on their blue bloods.
