    Won't need a release with JUCO as that's the only place he could play right away without sitting out a year.

    Yes, I don't think there is any fathomable exception from which to appeal the requirement to sit out one year to the NCAA based upon the ineptness of the previous hitting coaching staff to properly develop and/or use this kid.

    He is a jr. Next year. I don't think juco is an option.. He can play D2 right away like Tyler Benzel and the closer kid got caught DWI.

    They went to FL Southern an U Tampa, respectively. Both top 5 D2 programs

    This is correct. Lott is not eligible for JUCO. He will have to go D2 or NAIA.
