I would as well, but I'm not sure we are going to get a new hitting coach.

and after enduring this season hitting woes and the 2 previous seasons, if Talbot is retained this would be the first time I would seriously question Robe's administrative decisions . But Robe has to know the end has come for whatever hitting system we employ and the coach of it. The results speak for themselves .

For this university, with it's rich baseball history and high level facilities and resources available, to ever finish near the bottom of any statistical category in the NCAA is a complete and utter failure of whatever system the head coach is running.

Robe has to decide if he is a baseball coach or a life coach.

Win 2 and we are in the finals. Anything can happen from there.

    Bracket finals, not tournament finals

Absolutely amazing... Social media brings out this sort of BS.... Robe is the ONLY successful coach men's sports has had in the last 40+ years.... Baseball is the ONLY relevant at a national level men's program that we have... Yes we have not been up to our NATIONAL standards that we have become accustomed to but he has coached a team that simply cannot hit to a point where we are on the cusp of an at-large bid. YES I SAID IT... If we sweep our remaining 4 we are on the cusp..... everyone said we needed 5 of our last 7 to be there.... sweep and we have accomplished that goal...yes a lot has to happen

But to question Robe's ability to coach baseball is ridiculous... We sit on social media and pretend to know what this man who gives his life to the program must do.... I don't know if Talbot is a good hitting coach nor does anyone else... Certainly the results say no... but I will NEVER question Tony Robichaux's decisions....

I sat in the stands with my ice-chest and 120 others at one time.... coming off of probation... Today we have a baseball palace and again are relevant nationally....Now we have the lsua&m@br wannabees (I'm going to demand excellence or the coach has to get out) come on here and pontificate some of the outrageous BS I hear....

    Geez

    Not sorry guy.

If Talbot is still employed here next season, I'll have my answer.
