And with zero HRS just a few days ago, he now has 1/5 of the team total! Wow! That 1st one tonight was impressive , as he was fooled by the pitch & kind of just flicked his bat with less than a full swing.

Troy beat a very good Auburn team last night, adding to their resume.

This team has shown True Grit and will NOT go down without a fight.

That win pushed Troy to #40, South Alabama's loss to Southeastern Louisiana dropped them to #56 and the Cajuns win brought them to #55.

Bunch of variables obviously in Lott....I hate that he seems not to have a pre delivery back timing as he just waits for the ball and explodes....but as was mentioned how does a not even full swing send that ball in orbit? So we have our house, our fans, and our team's showing a timing to be at our best....Geaux my Cajuns!!!

Would that Parkview head baseball coach be a consideration to come back here? Would that be a good get if available? I believe he was pretty good when he was here some time ago. Is he a batting guru? Just asking if anyone knows.

Guy is a little long in the tooth we need a young guy with ____ and vinegar. Team has lacked swagger for the past few years

I wouldn't stay...Bab ball is going to keep a wet noodle in his hands at the plate.

You are probably right, but he looked about 30 years younger than Wayne Graham and watching him coach against TC last Thursday, he is in no way lacking in ______ and vinegar. He was coaching up those kids the whole game and there could not have been a coach more interested in every facet of the game from what I saw.

I think that is a 2-strike adjustment, the lack of lifting his front foot. Plus, his timing has been all out of whack so I'm sure he is trying to minimize as much movement in the pre-swing as possible.

Can he recruit for a national D1 program? Because if JT goes, we have no recruiters. To replace JT, we have to hire someone who is a solid hitting coach, great recruiter, and who doesn't mind being number 3 behind Robe and Bab. Tough to find a quality hitting coach who doesn't mind being number 3.

Is there a link to see where a team was ranked at a particular point during the season?

It seems that old early season links to Nolan and NCAA show the latest rankings.
