Yes it does That is about half of what a decent house costs nowadays. Still crazy to say that. Housing prices got way to high way to quick. Sad for these young people just getting into the market.

The past ten years or so, many of the first time homebuyers want a house like mom and dad without buying a starter home.

JB is getting more money now than starting out in most overseas leagues. It just gives him a year to work on improving his stock at best, kick the day of reckoning down the road a year at worst.
