There is no deadline for grad transfers, I guess technically before the fall semester starts at whatever new university it would be.

Don't think this is telling either way. He was never going to play in the NBA. Was always going overseas so that option is still out there.

Yes, overseas is still in play here, also another transfer, but that seems incredibly unlikely, as I believe he would have to sit out another year, since he has transferred twice already. It appears he is coming back to the Cajuns and/or going overseas to play. I hope it is the former and not the latter.
