I was thinking you don’t bring him in unless you’ve got a 4-5 run cushion against a bad team. He just can’t be trusted right now. At least from a fan’s standpoint. The coaches must see something else or are clinging to the past.

Still has the tears in his shoulder. Changed his delivery to accommodate. Doesn't have the same stuff. You can see it is almost like he is short arming it. He used to have a big whipping jerk which fooled hitters and kept his velo up. Can't do it anymore. It was one of those throwing motions that you cannot sustain for too long because of the pressure on your arm. I feel terrible for him. You know he wanted his senior year to be special.
