Raise your hand if you would like to see the little guy get a shot to play in the NCAA tournament.
Keep it raised if you would prefer to see scummy programs that have produced mediocre 2017-18 teams.

Uh, this really ISN'T NEWS!! :P
This article could apply to about 10 different schools each season. Only way to beat the system is to continually get to the tournament and win games in there frequently. Gonzaga and Wichita State have done it while MT is close. WKU is also having a good year in CUSA but they have no shot despite beating Purdue earlier. What the people on the committee don't realize (or choose not to-more likely the case) is that the power schools manipulate the system by playing so few non conference road games. The article mentions that but it cannot be emphasized enough what an advantage that is. Any bad loss by a non power school virtually eliminates them. As the article points out, that is not always the case for the major schools.
Meanwhile Oklahoma continues to get vocal support for losing their way into an at large bid from Sirius Radio College show hoast Mark Packer. Yeah, he’s besides himself that Oklahoma may be unfairly passed over this morning.
Iowa beat Illinois in an early Big 10 tournament game. Both were near bottom of the league in the regular season. Little RPI boost for us there.
