Base salary will be $1.1 million. The delay was a rejected base salary of $900k that Pry's camp turned down. The contact will include several incentives for wins and various achievements. Length and buyout were also a point of contention, and are being addressed now. It will not change the status of his agreement. My source said "he will end up getting what he wants".

This is not speculation. 100% rock solid.

I'm very happy and you should be too. This may not be the splash we were looking for locally, but nationally, especially in the biggest media market in the country, this will be ducking huge.

Certainly not the only time MAT has posted speculation and false information while claiming it to be fact. But I gotta say, it is by far the funniest time. Maybe instead of man about town his name should be man with zero credibility.

It’s just the few twinks that I’ve _____ slapped over the years. Like most ppl, the feeling was that Pry was the new coach hire. It ended up being Napier. I apologized for running with bad information but was only trying to get something for our fans, who to that the point, had nothing.

Everyone who frequents this board knows my info is good 9/10 times. It’s just those few who need something to hang on to.

Let’s not forget this thread when Douche Tard (axg new name) is crying about baseball like he does anytime we lose a game. Let’s also not forget how emphatic alum81 was about defending Lotief during the most crucial times of his firing. And Metry is just a has-been grump that’ll hop on any train that’s anti-MAT.

Again, anyone that reads my posts knows, I agree with the people that aren’t sold on Talbot.

But we don’t need to score 8-10 runs a game to win baseball games. Especially with a pitching staff that looks pretty good (granted only one weekend in the books).

Watching softball this weekend leads me to believe we will manufacture most of the runs we score. Maybe baseball will be the same way?

But we do need to score runs. Our hitters look pitiful at the plate. This is not a new development.
