  3. Default Abbeville - Broussard thrilled by Appeals Court ruling

    Ernal “EJ” Broussard was a lost for words Friday evening when he learned the Third Circuit Court of Appeals overturned the ruling of 15th Judicial Judge Marilyn Castle.

    The ruling now re-opens the door for Broussard to run for the District B Council seat in Abbeville. However, there is still one more hurdle for Broussard to cross before he is 100 percent sure he can run.
