I agree. Early signing can really help us as a program. We can try to fill specific needs with really talented players who are not the priorities of the P5 programs.

Then in the late signing period you can go after the best of the rest if our roster needs are filled.

Unfortunate for us, but best of luck to him. Respect his decision to spend quality family time the next 4 holidays seasons =)

Respect who’s decision? Like Sanders in softball he’s nothing to me now.

What a shame. He was an afterthought by Ole Miss.

Don't disagree with 2019 class will be stronger. However, the thing to keep in mind is that Napier will have a record as a head coach at that point and time as well. The unknown is if that will be good or bad. Right now he is recruiting on a very impressive resume, that needs to translate into a good record, as well.

I believe he will do it, but being realistic, it may not be Season 1.

Tell y’all what I hope y’all don’t blackball any of my kids if they choose to go elsewhere. Damn, tough crowd.

Athletes are a dime a dozen, best of luck to him. Jones and Southall hurt way more on in building program.

All the while stealing fall back P5 prospects out of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Texas. Having full 25 signee classes that are filled with a majority of three star kids.
I agree with your assessment, and in my opinion, the way that this is fixed (and the only way it is fixed), is to win; win the SunBelt and win against those that we are not expected to win against.

Apparently the big TE from John Curtis Glenn Beal was waiting on Paperwork from LSU and never received any. Might as well give him a call. Lol
