We lost a commit today actually in Jeremiah
Garner. He’s reopening his recruiting process.

From the play of all qbs last year and if all are 100% healthy I would go with Davis, Nunez , and Lewis in that order. Ray can play Wildcat qb but he needs to play another position whether he likes or not . Too valuable to sit on sideline all the time. would love to see him in a slot position and catch quick passes and let him go.

UL recruiting: As of tonight, the Cajuns do not plan to bring anyone in for an official visit this weekend (the last recruiting weekend before National Signing Day on Feb. 7). That could change, of course, but it signals they're narrowing in on completing their class.

Last weekend prospect visits totaled 20. Apparently, in that number were recruits who gave commitments and whose names have not been released to the public, yet. Just maybe Billy Billy and his staff are taking a play from Dr. Maggard's playbook just waiting till the midnight hour to make a "splash"....Here's hoping so!

Do not sleep on Kadon Harrison. He may be the most complete QB on the roster today. I think he wil be a full time starter before Lewis. JMO

That's about as violent a HS Defensive Lineman as I have seen. Too small? Grades?

The DL at the end of bustle beginning of hud about that size Derrick Dean? (I think first name is correct) Wasn't he about that size but maybe less explosive coming out of HS? Is anyone recruiting that kid he looks like a football player to me?

No doubt he will be in the mix but I have not seen him in game action. I trust Napier to pick the best guy we have no matter what level of class .Spring game will be interesting.

I'm not certain it was 20 athletes on campus last weekend. But UL is full at this time and just need to watch their commitments now.

It's very possible they cut Garner loose just like Whitaker. I'd be willing to bet they have another athlete rated higher on the board that gave them a firm commitment while doing in-home visits that last few days. Garner, like Whitaker has no visit set yet for next weekend. Whitaker is headed to JC.

I see Edward Hayes that signed with us a couple years ago and ended up going juco is back on our 247 board. Do you think he’ll end up back here?
