UL vs. Nichols State Baseball

Score tied 1-1 after 5 innings. UL cannot hit vs. a Nichols State team that is not supposed to be that good. Only scored because of consecutive walks. I hope they come on strong in the late innings.

Well, UL looks terrible with 3 errors and now runners on 1st & 2nd with no outs in the top of the 6th. Another bunt and everyone is safe. Bases loaded with no outs. Not looking good for the Cajuns.

Are you seriously worried that well see this all season. It's a little too early to judge anything. Are you at the game. Really the throwing errors by Poirrier and inability to string hits are the probs so far. Very fixable. Of course I'd love to be up by 5 now but I'll take a scrappy one.

It may be a little too early to judge, but the history seems to be repeating itself again. average at the plate average defensively and good on the mound. the positive is we won and were able to comeback to win. we have some work to do though
