    It's all about projecting and finding guys who you feel can fit your system. Maybe this staff has looked at kids who may be higher rated but don't fit what they want to do. No one will know why they offer who they do or why, except this coaching staff. I felt the same about the previous staff. The problem with the previous staff is that those players didn't develop and when you looked at the field it had the feel that we were playing positionless football.

    I want to see the product on the field before I cast judgment on who we are recruiting.

    And it is very true. The star rankings have gotten better the last few years on lower tier prospects but unless you are getting kids that fit your system it doesn't matter.

    Agree 100%. I've always said the best way to measure a recruit is by who else offered him. That's why I am scratching my head on some.
