No, not Allen. He's getting offers from state schools right now. He's a good kid, just not physical enough for a lineman that size.UL and others are moving on.

Saw Allen play a couple of times. You would have thought coming from Curtis he would be a great run blocker...he was just OK. Dublin from Jesuit was imho, much better. Wish we would have gotten him last year. He started as a true Freshman at Tulane.

They wanted Dublin, he took the Tulane offer. The hand writing was on the wall by then.

Dang though with his size & TCU's interest he would be a monster .. Oh well I trust Sale will hook a bigger fish

I heard he was holding out for a late LSU offer a la Foster Moreau, but settled for Tulane. These are the kinds of kids we have to get in the future.

I watched Moreau and Dublin play against SMT here in Lafayette for the playoffs. Moreau never impressed me outside of his blocking. He wasn't quick enough to be a threat down field, simply taller than most kids. We offered him early in our camp, but LSU came back and reached to offer him.

Dublin on the other hand was very impressive, strong and stayed on his blocks well. I liked both, but LSU signing either is a reach. Moreau can block, but he can't get separation down field from SEC athletes. He is just not that type of athlete.
