    I've had good and bad experiences at the Hut. But I wouldn't call them garbage.

    Fezzo’s In Scott - not as good as it used to be. Fezzos in Broussard - big letdown. Shuck’s is still on my list as is R & M’s Boiling Point In Coteau off the Hwy.

    For sure....I eat there fairly often, am pretty picky about seafood and have never had anything less than slightly above average. Often very good, nowhere nohow 'garbage.'

    I still say one of, if not the best, meals to have in LFT is Cajun Benedict at the French Press. Or anything at the French Press.

    And since you're in area, stop by Johnson's Boucaniere for a plate lunch or some goodies to bring home with you.
