    Things that make you go hmmm. Maybe this coach is going to get out the old duct tape and piece a defense together for 2018.

    "Napier would not comment on the previously reported addition of defensive back Kendall Johnson Jr., a St. Thomas More High product who is coming to UL for his final season as a graduate transfer after playing the last three seasons and starting most of the last two at cornerback for Nevada of the Mountain West.

    He also would not discuss any other transfers who’ve already joined the Cajuns, including juco transfers, saying “we’re gonna release the entire group on Feb. 7.”

    But he did say “there are several players that maybe have made that transition as midyear players.”

    I think there are rules on when coaches can speak about transfer not sure if we reached that time

    It's when they have begun classes I think. Sounds like he would prefer to release all that on signing day.

    Makes the kids feel like they are part of this class I like it
