Thread: Question for Tigue Patrons

The Nazi jackleg that is in charge of the catering company does not need to be at the Tigue either. I'm talking about the guy that was actually cooking the cheesesteak sandwiches last year. This past weekend he was everywhere barking orders and being a ding-a-ling to everybody. Two hours before the game, that idiot would not let THE COOK from the Cajun Cooking Club into the park w/out his cooking club pass. Are you kidding me?? The freakin' cook. He refused to let me in to watch BP, even with my ticket. Who the ef are you? And what authority do you have?

The Tigue is a fan friendly place in every sense of the word. He CLEARLY does not need to be a part of it. Needs to go back to wherever he came from..........and while he is there, someone should teach him how to use seasoning on meat.

I don't know if it's the event management team, but if this is the case, they need to be held accountable. The coaches and teams need to be worried about the games and only the games, not the roof of the dugouts or the size of the beers.

Just who at UL is in charge of Event Management? Whoever that is, they do a horrible job and have for several years. How does all of this go unnoticed year after year? You don't have to be a BCS program to run a good event. These are the kind of things that have plagued UL for years and never seem to get corrected. I don't get it.

LOL. I completely agree with most of your post, but especially this point.

Also the guy who I saw last year grab a handful of raw meat, throw it on the grill, and then grab a bun with his bloody bare hands and proceed to make the next sandwich.

It looks they've improved things this year, but I still haven't been able to bring myself to try the philly cheesesteak...

I agree that guy really needs to go. He got angry at a soccer game because he pulled out a pink Powerade and my son asked for a green one. Do your job and shut your mouth!

Just heard from Scott Farmer 20 oz $6 beers will be back.

He also said more choices will be available (dark beer).

Call John Dugas, event manager......he is the one that tells you where to park, take a leak, sit and when and who to cheer for........

Its amazing what just talking to the right person can accomplish and you don't have to be a big donor.

Maybe those of you complaining about firing the Philly cheese steak guy or angry at the job John Dugas does should stop going to the games. According to some on here, non-attendance/non-participation is what is getting Coach Lee fired and maybe it will work for John Dugas and the Philly cheese steak guy.
