This road trip is huge. We're 5-0 in conference but 4 of our wins are against the last 4 place teams in conference. These next two games will tell us a lot about our chances to win the regular season championship this year.
That's a fact. The next two contests are going to put the Cajuns to the test.
for real or fraud test coming up.. Bobby big fish gotta prevail
Looking forward to Frank scoring the 1000 point of his career.
• Frank Bartley is nine points from reaching the 1,000-point mark in his NCAA career. He scored 214 points in two years at BYU before scoring 777 since transferring to Louisiana.
Hope JaKeenan stays his consistent self (which only 1 other player in the nation can match!).
• JaKeenan Gant is one of two Division I players currently averaging 15.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.0 blocks and shooting over 60 percent from the floor joining Ajdin Peneva of Marshall.
Both games are on ESPN3.
Washington needs to bring the boss on the road.
Happy it is on TV. Two win this week would really generate some excitement.
Unrelated.. but I have a technical question.
For some reason my ESPN3 App on my Samsung television doens't play sound. Its been like this for years. I can play it on the Ipad fine.. but not on my TV. I can't figure out what the problem is. Netflix, Amazon Prime, all other aps are fine.. but not ESPN3.
Anyone have any ideas?
It would be a shame to lay an egg tonight. Seems like every time we do folks who only see the team occasionally assume it is like that every night and give no credit to the overall season. That being said, I expect our guys to prepare well and play hard. You just never know when a bad shooting night will come and that can change any game. Make no mistake, UTA has lots of talent. They have had some chemistry issues on the road but they have blown several people out at home and their last game at Ark State was a blowout. I recall we struggled there. A win tonight would be impressive.
