Agreed. It was a slow methodical grind. Our players are at the point where the disgust of a single loss motivates them. I think it pushes them harder on defense.
Several times last night I started to comment "Why is Stove getting so many minutes?" At times, he seemed like just a warm body on offense. But then, he'd make a huge defensive play...get in someone's face, force a turnover, scrap for a loose ball on the floor, etc. I then found myself foscusing on his defensive effort. It was intense.
