If he’s that quick to tell the media that he wants out, you really think someone is going to change his mind? Also, no disrespect to the guy, but I don’t think you’ll find anyone that doesn’t think we need to recruit linebackers or completely change personnel. That core was not good last year.

He told me this year that he “hated” coach Lucas and that “all these coaches don’t know what the F they are doing”.

He was not well liked in the locker room. He is immature and probably needs a change of scenery. I didn’t hold it against him, because I agreed the staff was fragmented and ineffective. And look, Buckley is a chop shop for quotes.. so take it all with a grain of salt.. but this didn’t surprise me at all.

We recruited a LOT of athletes with this attitude. Again, the football team doing whatever they want on Social Media. I expect that stuff to stop if you want my support, to be honest.

I doubt your D-II coach is going to "know what the F they are doing" either. I think the problem is you.
