    Looks like the same title but at smaller school as he was an asst. Head coach at ttu also.

    You can never discount that there could be personal reasons involved in his decision.

    Cajun T can comment here, but we lost Xavier Woods (Cowboys) and Carlos Henderson (Broncos) due to Coach Juluke's recruiting efforts. Yep, they both went to El Aye Tech.

    Really excited about this. We have been getting creamed by Tech and Tulane for a while now. Let’s see if Juluke can make a dent in the New Orleans and River Parish regions.

    Went to SU and coached at McKinley maybe BR as well.

    Ever been to Lubbock? If so how would you compare Lafayette to it? Also, Lafayette is a closer drive to New Orleans.

    Never been but I have heard the dust storms can be horrible out there.

    If you add cotton take away the culture and everything fun from Lafayette you have Lubbock

    Live there in early 80’s. Liked Lubbock. Texas Tech campus is VERY nice. The wind sure could kick up though, and visibility with dust storms could get to zero real fast!!
