I would ordinarily be concerned about an coach who only every coached offensive line being named OC on a new staff, but since Coach Napier has already said he will call the plays he's in effect the OC. JMO

Sales would be free to worry about scheming and studying defence with no worry about play calling. Sounds like a plan

Technically Sale was co-OC at McNeese.

Another thing Napier said about Sale in his interview with Schultz was that Sale played and coached under Saban, so he understands what they are going to be doing and how they are going to be doing it. Sounds like Napier wants to run our program similar to Saban and Sale can help with that.

Just like Sean Payton...doesn't really need an OC

No one officially yet, but Troy Wingerter was escorting Napier around the dome last night, so safe to say he is sticking around

Man, this is gonna be so exciting to watch unfold.

For once, I might go into a game stone cold sober so that I don't miss anything.

    ...might...

Sounds like an interesting partnership. Sale absolutely the right hire. We’ve got the Billy-Bob offense.

Seriously Napier knows that Sale and he work well together. Tickled pink.

Hire people you work well with and can trust! That is key to building a successful staff.

I tried that one time back in the 80s... don't even bother. You're probably like me... twice as smart and ten times better looking when you're hammered.
