I completely understood the skepticism. The big picture I always try to look at is who someone has worked for and how they are viewed in the industry. Both had positive boxes checked off on Scott. Will be interested in seeing how Napier finishes off the staff with this change.

While I wasn’t enamored with the Scott hire, I hate to see Nape lose his first choice for DC.
