When I heard the amount of money that Coach Napier would have to fill staff positions I thought it possible. As for me.....I feel like the Hebrews in Egypt on the day of deliverance.....

This is definitely a promising staff. There are also a lot of talented athletes that are still available to sign. We really need to have 2-3 breakout signing classes out of this staff.

This staff could also be 1 and done. I truly believe we blew 3 games due to poor player management and a lack of preparations /adjustments.

I’m hoping for 3 great years and then start a new search.

Why bring in butterfield QB or a defensive role ?

Butterfield was brought in to interview for TE coach position. Entirely possible Napier is looking at him and Dez to possibly fill the role and offer a QB coach position to the other. Or he could go in a different direction. I was going off of what Butterfield said on Monday.

Some were going off what Napier said to them Monday...that Dez would coach TE and inside receivers.

I guess we'll find out soon enough.

Butterfield has been re-tweeting all of Coach Napier's tweets the last 48 hours, so it sounds like he is on board. Why would you do so if you are still committed to another staff?
