My Wild ___ Guess, is that Napier has a somewhat big money guy in mind, that maybe carries an Assistant HC title.

When you posted this did you have in mind "did" or "would" carry the Assistant Head Coach title.

How rare is it, for Strength & Conditioning coaches to carry the Associate Head Coach title?

Having that 10th assistant will be big. You have room to mold w young coach.
