Only worry is this guy has bounced around a lot for being such a young guy.

At Georgia and Texas A&M there were HC changes, so that explains those two situations. He stayed at Alabama under Cochran more than a few years to learn under a great S&C. I see no problems with his resume.

I would too, and he was making only $90k at USA, so once again, seems to be a bargain. Still alot of money to go to reach that $2M.

My Wild ___ Guess, is that Napier has a somewhat big money guy in mind, that maybe carries an Assistant HC title.

Probably wishful thinking, but hey, that is what being a fan is all about.

When you posted this did you have in mind "did" or "would" carry the Assistant Head Coach title.

How rare is it, for Strength & Conditioning coaches to carry the Associate Head Coach title?
