That's a big move for Karl Scott. He does have great recruiting ties. He's moved up quickly to be a DC. My thinking was that Napier would have a less experienced OC... willing to take orders from Billy... but choose an experienced DC. Karl Scott would help a lot with recruiting... but he's not a seasoned DC. Interesting.

He had a good defense his 1 year as DC at Southeastern. Plus he will do well on the recruiting side.

My guess is that Patrick Toney the safeties coach with UTSA will also come aboard. Worked with Scott at Southeastern.
