Looks like Powledge is going to be OLB and STs coach.

Louisiana Lafayette: Louisiana Monroe special teams coordinator / tight ends coach Matt Powledge is expected to join the ULL staff sources tell FootballScoop. We are told Powledge will coach outside linebackers & coordinate special teams at ULL.

3 straight losing seasons. I'd say we are rebuilding. I don't see anything wrong with the tweet nor do I see it as a comparison between the two programs.

Look, I don't care where we get our coaches. I want to win. ANything short of recruiting violations i'm all in for. Napier has assembled great coaches with great talent evaluation skills.

I think we are getting young up & coming coaches that are familiar with our staff and recruiting areas! They have already proven themselves at the lower levels.

Agreed. I am anxious to see how he rounds out his defensive staff. Whoever it is will have their work cut out for them.
