Speaking of assist.coaches, I think he keeps Dez as head of operations, and Reed Stringer as a position coach...all the others from that cheerleading strength coach down to position coaches and Troy W. Need to go, all were cogs in the losing culture...and none of them deserve any sort of raise...

I do not believe so. I think they are considered training staff. Which is a different deal.
