Thread: RIP California Cajun

    Ragin' Cajuns RIP California Cajun

Cajuns Internet message board pioneer and dedicated Cajuns fan John Ayers (California Cajun) passed away on December 9. John was CDeb's successor as moderator of the old Delphi board, and was instrumental in laying the groundwork for the success of both Ragin Pagin and the Cajun Red Zone on Scout.

He was a member of the now infamous Eauque Tree tailgating group, a huge fan of the Anaheim Angel's and the Cajuns, and a good, decent and honorable man.

There will be a memorial service at a date and place yet to be determined.

May our friend rest in peace.

    Geaux Cajuns and Go Angel's.

John died unexpectedly. There were no known health problems prior to his death.

    He was 62 years old.

Oh no! Shocked & saddened to hear this. Met John at the Eauque during the Baldwin years. Great Cajuns fan & soft-spoken nice man. He will be missed. RIP, John.

Tragic. John was a good dude for sure. Will pray for him and his family.
