What I would like to see in a coaching hire

A perennial playoff bound FCS coach who doesn't overly rely on JC transfers.

A perfect scenario would be for his players to have (within the program) an average of 2-years experience (per player) at the start of the season and average 3-years experience heading into the playoffs.

You find me that coach and I will guarantee you a winner.

Unless you are an former FCS team (5 yeard removed) or a team who came off sanctions 5 years ago, when going into a season the absolute best a normal team can hope to attain is an average of 2-years experience.
