Who knows, he may eventually make it all the way back up the ladder to his dream job at his dream school. He's still a relatively young dude.

And we're playing them next year.

I root against State in pretty much everything since experiencing their fans and those idiot radio guys following the regional. I guess I can pull for the State tight ends, though.

In the offensive game planning meetings, how will Hud argue with a straight face to have more balls thrown to the TEs????

HUD did some good things, including bringing excitement to the program with bowl victories and appearances, new and better facilities, but he left the program with less talent comparatively than he inherited from Bustle. The next coach will need to be a much much better recruiter and developer.

Mississippi State is a perfect landing spot.

am happy for him and his family. i wish him the best of luck. it'll all work out as far as i'm concerned if he beats the purple and puke and loses to us next year.

The prior MSU TE coach, D.J. Looney, salary was 90k a year. Doesn’t not account for any private funds, if any.

I'd make him a volunteer assistant, since he doesn't see a dime of anything I pay him anyway.
