The guys name was Emery Hunt, and he was signed in Baldwins first year. Baldwin was never a great (or even good) coach for the Cajuns and definitely didn't fit, but he did manage to sign some decent player, Maybe you might remember, Eric Bartel, D'anthony Batiste, Frederick Stamps, Ike Taylor, and Charles Tillman, who were all signed during the Baldwin era.

Baldwin had Ike at running back IIRC. Even more interesting considering he had bricks for hands. Ike could have been All-Pro a few times in the NFL had he not dropped 5-6 picks per year.

Ike is so fortunate that Bartel and Bustle were on the same page about what he was truly talented at.
