If there is anyone in the staff that should be retained if Des. He is home grown, phenomenal player and he had the IT factor. He brings credibility to this program within the high school ranks during this crucial time between Hudspeth and who is next. Hopefully he is a closer as well and we can salvage an already dismal recruiting process.
