Malik Marquetti scored 12 of his career-high 17 points in the second half, including a career-best 5-for-6 from behind the 3-point line, and the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns opened the game on a 29-8 run in claiming an 89-78 win over in-state rival McNeese on Tuesday at the Cajundome.
