I’ve been to Tulane, Houston, Tulsa, SMU, and ECU. If you’re looking for comparative context, I’ve got plenty.
Part of negotiating a contract is securing salaries for good coaches to help you win games. So who’s fault is not having funds to pay assistants? Here’s a hint: it’s Hudspeth’s.
So much for HouCajun trying to generate talk about the GA SO game. I will bite.... no one will be there (<15,000k) to see the Cajuns become bowl eligible. True to this teams talent level, they will look pedestrian at times before securing the victory. We will then have to endure another week of people complaining about the Cajuns getting invited to a bowl and not wanting to reward mediocrity.
Don’t think that happens as our academic performance is likely not strong enough to garner a bid in those circumstances. It is better than pay to play basketball because of the ESPN coverage. However pay to play basketball has the same additional practice advantage. Also, a smaller percentage of teams get into post season basketball than football. That is even with these new tournaments.
