Not if the went through the proper channels (AD) or if the athletes have been given permission to contact other programs.

According to the UL AD release, I thought it stated the athletes were told they can contact programs that they are interested in? But, I also thought there would be restrictions that included no teams in the 2018 schedule and no in state programs? If that is the case, LSU is wasting their time even though they do have a medical school.
