It's just cause last season the main parts of B which as of this season would be by the maintancne building, were blocked off due to construction. So parking in B meant parking in the huge gravel lot across from football stadium. And parking on Reinhardt was closer. There were also people parking around the oak tree and up the hill. It was kind of a free for all.

I think this year will be much better organized with lots marked off more clearly.

Does anyone know details about the stadium club? I assume it’s in addition to your seats? 500 a head? What all is included? That place is super nice. I’d be willing to give another 500 to have a place to go for an inning or two to soak up some a/c and enjoy a beverage.

The $500 will get you in the door and allows you to suck up the A/C. You still pay for food and beverages but it will be higher end (buffet) and additional alcohol will be available for purchase in addition to beer. You also will have access to the elevator.

Also opens up 90 minutes before first pitch.

Also - free basic concession items - like popcorn and non-alcoholic drinks.

Did anyone have their seating appointment today? About how many seats are left in the grandstand??

I know some that did have their appt... Still plenty of great seats on the 3rd base side in sections 109 and 110.

As far as I know, the grandstand is not sold out - yet. They sold under capacity last year and the 200 or so suite tickets (that were grandstand last year) are now legitimately in the suites...

So I would expect grandstand seats to be available to anyone who wants to move from the bleachers and even after that offered to the general public once renewals are complete.

I think $500 is way too much. I don't see the value at that price, but if they can sell out whatever the capacity is, fantastic. I'd rather be outside watching the game. Don't think I'd spend enough time in there to justify the cost.

I felt the same way so I passed on purchasing that option. It would be nice to get out of the heat from time-to-time and have access to some additional food and drink items, but for me there doesn't seem to be enough bang for the buck (although I realize it's primarily a another way to raise money). I'm happy for those that will take advantage, but I sort of felt like I wouldn't miss anything I never had before.

I agree it is too much. It basically will cost you $18 a game if you use it for every regular season game.

For the entertainment value and product (the team) value, that seems like a bargain.
