I know what I saw and out of the 3 QBs we have, he is the least skilled...quarterback. His athleticism and elusiveness is very impressive. But he hit two wide open guys. He's an amazing athlete playing QB. He sailed most of his other throws and had two dropped interceptions. It seemed like after he didn't hit his first read he took off running which was fine today but I think moving forward as a QB his passing needs to improve and he needs to go through his progressions. Just my opinion. He's a gamer for sure and I'm happy to have him as a Cajun. Just has a long way to go

Both Davis and Nunez arguably throw better than Mike Dezmo did. I'd take Dezmo back over every single QB hud has had in 6 years.

I'm not saying this kid is the second coming of Dezmo. But that's who he reminded of. Especially on the long run. Smart, athletic, fearless QB. I'll take it.

I can see this. The big difference for me is, Greg Ward benefited from a coach and offensive system that got the best out of his abilities.

No doubt about that. Time will tell if a new coach can bring in a system that will benefit Levi's skill set.

I will always take a win, but the offenses well face the rest of the way outside of Georgia Southern are way more dangerous than South Alabama. Lewis did extremely well with a limited playbook, there was never any doubt about his athletic ability.

Yes, but the defenses we will play will get worse. USA is no slouch on defense and I have zero doubts that we would have scored more if the coaches didn't go conservative.
