Wrong Dion Boomer. We are recruiting the son of Dion Brown who played with Graylin Warner. I am not optimistic about getting him as some major programs are also targeting him.

Agreed, thats why i said nm, but initial question was are only recruiting type tweets illegal or all tweets, since i think i am a booster... For ex,saying hey come here is illegal, but would the other have been or not?
