Louisiana junior Arthur Libaud and sophomore Jamie Fraser, playing together, took the doubles title 6-2 to highlight a busy day of tennis at the second annual Battle on the Bayou as due to the incoming Tropical Storm Nate the two-day tournament was played in one day.
