So Greg Stewart's defense at Central Arkansas only allowed Southeastern 6 points. SLU had more that 6 points against us in the first 5 minutes of the game.
Last game he coached for us was the bowl game against Nevada. Defense was dominant in that game. Of course that squad had a lot more defensive talent than this one does. I see no harm in this move and it can't hurt None of the coaches on this staff are being replaced at this point. If Willis finds something by studying film which helps puts people in proper position, maybe slight improvement can occur. I don't know if anything more than that can be expected due to the personnel on that side of the ball.
A familiar face will provide a new set of eyes for a UL defense that is at the bottom of several Sun Belt Conference categories.
Desperation. I hope we have the gonads to terminate Hudspeth.
It's documented on here. They all did, rebowe left because he hated him, not to take a gead job. Wallerstedt hated him too, he didn't leave for a D.C. Position in Cusa, Whitt hated him as well, he didn't leave to get closer to home and coach in the big 12...and Willis, was tired of HUD's ___, he didn't leave to go coach at the highest level of football. Just like all the players, of which only one is actually on another football team.
