At Cajun field, another parking garage added in the northern end zone area and mixed use (restaurants/retail/residential) buildings along congress.
All of this would create a true entertainment zone in that area, providing us with a very nice revenue stream........for both the academic as well as athletic sides. I think that this not only viable, but pretty inevitable....just need for the local economy to continue improving.
Easily the most exciting portion of the master plan.
