I can't imagine South Florida ever really draws well. And they have had some good teams. The college team playing home games in an NFL stadium always makes the criers look bad.

How about once we get our own production equipment and start streaming our own content, we negotiate an agreement with the NOLA Bowl and ditch the SBC and it's bass ackwards TV contract?

We've got most of a schedule done already. All home kickoffs at 7pm.

Add to that a deal with the SuperDome to open up each year with a P5 game vs. a Miss State, Ole Miss, Auburn, even Notre Dame, teams that want the exposure in New Orleans. Puts us on a national stage as a major independent. Then follow that up with the kind of schedule you proposed.

Really like the starting game in Nola idea....win/win/win....it could work, imho.
