Coaching + Referees + Cajun Errors.

Read the RealTime observations during the game. The moment-to-moment observations are MUCH more accurate than post game redirected disgust.

HUD admitted that JD couldn't plant to throw and could no longer run. A 2 legged Nunez has to be better than a banged up one legged JD. Makes no sense to me.

A QB with a C on his jersey gets to have a say on whether or not he plays I believe. I do know Davis engineered a nice drive at the end of the half on that 1 leg. Did he lobby hard to stay in? We probably Won't ever know

I agree with the coaches decision not to put in Ray. The box was stacked and I don't think that would have worked. The next question is whether or not the 3rd string guy is better than your hobbled starter. In hindsight that may have been the better choice since Davis really struggled. But there is a reason he did not win the job or really even challenge for it.

I hope Davis is OK and can stay healthy for the rest of the year!

The question is, When did the game become an unwinnable one?

Playing hobbled in an unwinnable is begging for permanent injury.
